1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, or defective.
- Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
2. How to Report:

Notify us of any issues by emailing at siyaperfumes@icloud.com or through WhatsApp at (+34) 604242484 with:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear pictures of the damaged product or packaging.
3. Return Process:
- Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged items within 48 working hours.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.
4. Refunds or Replacements:

Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
- Product will be replaced if we have the same item available in stock.
- Refunds will be issued as store credit to be used on next order within 7 business days.
5. Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that are opened, used, or without their original packaging are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.
