At Siya Perfumes Madrid (Papa Popsi SL), we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, or defective.
  • Items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.

2. How to Report:

  • Notify us of any issues by emailing at siyaperfumes@icloud.com or through WhatsApp at (+34) 604242484 with:
    • Your order number.
    • A description of the issue.
    • Clear pictures of the damaged product or packaging.

3. Return Process:

  • Upon approval, we will arrange a pickup of the damaged items within 48 working hours.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, and unused.

4. Refunds or Replacements:

  • Refunds or replacements will be processed after inspection of the returned items.
    • Product will be replaced if we have the same item available in stock.
    • Refunds will be issued as store credit to be used on next order within 7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Products that are opened, used, or without their original packaging are not eligible for return unless damaged during transit.
